As you guys know, our nursery has been a work-in-progress between our move over the summer and finally getting larger items ordered and put into place.
We got the blackout curtains hung up recently, and I couldn’t love them more. I initially ordered the 84″ panels, but then exchanged them for the 96″. I love how much taller they make the ceilings look!

I also added some Christmas decor, which gives the nursery a whimsical fairyland feel right now! We picked out Katharina’s first Christmas tree, and then decorated it with little pink touches throughout. The tree is a great deal, and is from Walmart. It’s under $40, and come with the flocking, pine cones, berries, crystals, AND lights. I know!

The last big item we have coming is the crib. It should get delivered over the next couple of weeks, and I AM SO EXCITED. It took forever to find a crib that we loved, and that met all of our criteria. I’ll be doing a blog post about cribs coming up, because there is a lot of info that I feel expecting parents can benefit from!
I’ll also be sure to share ‘final’ updated pictures, once the crib has been delivered and assembled!
